The recent years have witnessed the increased implementation of automation systems, quantum electronics, flexible and wearable electronics in real-time applications. Building such smart platforms are possible on the basis of the emerging promising elements in the electronic materials domain. The evolving highly efficient quantum/opto/micro/nano electronic materials are integrated as a structural and functional blocks of innovative electronic applications. In this scenario, to handle the emerging huge datasets, the material science researchers are more interested towards developing a compact and efficient functional elements and structures for micro, nano and opto electronic applications.
