The scope of the First International Conference on Advances in Intelligent Systems, Soft Computing and Optimization Techniques 2019 (ICAISCO 2019) is to offer a forum to share ideas, provide information, and enlarge peer research networks. ICAISCO 2019 opens an energetic scientific forum by bringing researchers, engineers, and practitioners from diverse backgrounds all together to discuss and disseminate the latest state-of-the-art achievements, challenges, and future directions in the fields of intelligent systems, soft computing and optimization.
