From the Olympic Games in Ancient Greece to the birth of football in the second half of the 19th century England and to contemporary sporting activities around the world, sport has always been a vital element of human activities. Sport is essential to health and happiness of people of all ages, genders, races, etc. and it needs to be studied through an interdisciplinary and international approach. This conference aims to bring together scholars from around the world to present, discuss and exchange their ideas in all relevant aspects of sport.
