5th World Conference on Remedies to Racial and Ethnic Economic Inequality

In recent decades, Brazilian social movements have denounced the racial inequalities to which people of color are subjected, proposing the need for intervention in alleviating discriminatory practices. This conference proposes to bring together community members across sectors, as well as professional researchers in public and private education networks to strategically plan effective intervention methods. The conference hopes to collect experiences ranging from difficulties in ethnic-racial relations to involvement in collective social problems to lead to more fruitful exchange and intervention in these issues.
