Abstract

This book includes selected papers from those presented during the 1st International Conference in Safety and Crisis Management in the Construction, Tourism and SME Sectors (1st CoSaCM) that took place in the Cultural Center of European University Cyprus in Nicosia, Cyprus between 24-28 June 2011.

About the Author

Georgios Boustras is a PhD in Probabilistic Risk Assessment from London Kingston University. Prior to that he obtained a BEng(Hons) in Chemical Engineering and an MSc in Energy Resources Management, both from London South Bank University. He is currently an Assistant Professor at European University Cyprus and he serves as Director of the Center for Risk, Safety in the Environment (CERISE).
