Abstract

The love of animals touches can touch our lives. Often we learn life's most valuable lessons from our four-legged friends. But sometimes that love is met with ruthless abuse, neglect and mistreatment. About the Author

A native of Michigan, Lynne M. Caulkett resides in Spring Hill, Florida with husband Jim. She shares her love of horses with her three children and eight grandchildren. As the owner of the Bridle Path Ranch, she currently owns three horses, fifteen chickens, a Pekingnes puppy, and a bunny. She is a crusader against animal abuse and has experienced it first hand with two of her own horses who were rescued. Since this book was written, a malnourished Tennessee Walker named Magic's Red Queen has joined the family and will be rehabilitated, loved and cherished.
