All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by technical committee and reviewers of the conference. Accepted full papers will be published on Conference Publishing Services (CPS), and will be submitted for indexing to ISI/CPCI (Web of Science), Scopus, EI Compendex, Inspec (IET), Google Scholar, CAS, DOAJ, ProQuest, Zentrablatt, EBSCO etc and to the data base of IEEE Xplore.
