Description:

About the Journal: ISSN 0974-3472
The applicability of quantitative methods in social science research has gained much more attention to many researchers and policy makers, and there is much enduring discussion and debate across the social science disciplines, which feeds into the development of new approaches to social science research. This peer-reviewed International Journal of Development Research and Quantitative Techniques (IJDRQT) is intended as a practical guide to various quantitative methods in development and social science research. While the focus is on practical methods, this Journal includes a section on the theory of scientific method, which informs most quantitative techniques and approaches. Users of the Journal are also likely to find that much of the literature also touches on the theory behind these methods as well as providing practical guides to their implementation.

Instructions for contributors:

All articles in IJCCS are published in English biannually in Spring and Autumn. Manuscript must be typed in Microsoft word (Times New Roman with 12 font size, 1.5 line spacing, 1” both sides margin and British spelling throughout). No manuscript should ordinarily exceed twenty typed pages including tables, graphs, figures, notes and references. The title, author(s) including affiliation, correspondence and e-mail address, abstract (not exceeding 250 words), and acknowledgements, if any should be clearly specified in the first page of the manuscript. Notes should be circumvented if possible, but while necessary must be put at the bottom of the text (endnotes) followed by a complete list of references used. The contributors should ensure that they are not infringing copyright. Submission of a manuscript implies that it contains unpublished original work and is not being considered for publication elsewhere.
