The Romanian Society of Construction Law is organizing its first annual event concerning the latest topics of interest for the construction law field worldwide. “New Perspectives in Construction Law” is the first international scientific construction law conference in Romania, set on the background of one of the key construction and business hubs in Eastern Europe. The event will take place between the 19th and 21st of March 2015, in Bucharest, offering you not only networking opportunities with some of the top professionals in law and constructions from all over the world, but also explore the vivid Romanian capital city. The conference will feature 3 renowned international speakers: Virginie Colaiuta – Co-Chair of the IBA Dispute Resolution Subcommittee, Monika Chao-Duivis – European Society of Construction Law General Secretary and PhD Professor at Delft University of Technology, and Richard Bailey, Chairman of the UK Society of Construction Law. In addition, some of leading Romanian professionals in the field of construction law will be on the Speakers list of the event. “New Perspectives in Construction Law” will feature debates and workshops referring to topics of wide interest for the present construction law market, applicable for the worldwide professionals’ community, but also clarifying aspects related to the ever developing Romanian market. In the 3 days of the conference, you can participate in 6 working session. The topics will range from the particularities of the construction contract, to alternative dispute resolution and energy and infrastructure regulations.
