It covers the essential elements and importance of document control in a project cycle, and industry standards and best practices in managing complex information. Participants will formally learn the requirements for project document control, project submittals and packages, submittal review cycle management, project handover close-out documentation, document control reports & audits, document management plan, and electronic document management system. The course is practical with examples and exercises built around these topics.
