The iCETS 2012 is dedicated to

of economic development in integration.
One of important areas of the iCETS 2012
is a focus on the social aspect of
business using web applications for
customer relation management (CRM) by

as a compelling strategic choice for
organizations doing e-business in the
digital economy.
The iCETS 2012 conference is proposed to
be held on August 29 to 31, 2012 at
Tianjin, China, jointly organized by the
School of Computer Science and
Technology, Tianjin University, and
Journal of E-Business Technology and
Strategy (JEBTS), CeBA Canada.
The iCETS 2012 is expected to attract
