Climate (IAUC) and the American
Meteorological Society (AMS) Board of
the Urban Environment (BUE) warmly
invite you to the joint 8th
International Conference on Urban
Climate (ICUC8) and AMS 10th Symposium
on the Urban Environment to be held in
Dublin, Ireland from August 6–10, 2012.
These meetings are preeminent events for
the presentation of research on the
urban climate effect at all scales and
have set important benchmarks for the
development of the field. The aims of
this joint conference are to provide an
international forum where the world’s
urban climatologists can discuss modern
developments in research, and the
application of climatic knowledge to the
design of better cities.
